Forgot Credentials

Use the feature to retrieve the forgotten user ID or reset the forgotten password.

Menu path: Sign In screen >  Forgot User ID or Password link.

In the screen that appears, enter the registered email ID and click Continue. The application checks for the correct email ID.

NOTE: Click Back to Sign In Page to go back to the Sign In screen.

You will receive an email with a password reset link. Open the link to view the password reset page. Use the same process as mentioned below to set the password when you try to login to the application for the first time. The User ID is pre-populated. 

Do the following:

  • Enter a password and enter the password again to make sure the password is correct. This password is checked against the password policies defined by the bank/credit union.
  • Click Rules to view the password defining rules if required.
  • Click Reset Password. The password is updated and you can sign in with the new password. If you are a first-time user, you will receive an account activation confirmation email.
